Very useful but
It seems to be very useful but when I try to download the Multi-page form example for Joomla! , using "Get this form" button, I got a blank page. This happens with only this example.
Any help ?

I think it's laughable that RS form can even call their product a professional level product when it cannot do multi page forms. That's a basic feature of any business grade product.
The fact that they keep saying "oh yes it can, just follow these JS instructions" is pathetic. It should be built into the sytem. Besides their workaround works for crap.Quote

error solution
for those with the QUERY ERROR INSERT INTO `jos_rsform_for ms` error, most likely you are using an other table prefix then jos_. Solution is to unzip the example, open the xml file and replace jos_ with your own suffix. Zip and upload again should work.Quote

Desperately need this - but does not work
I get the query error message discussed above. However, jos_ is my table prefix. Plus, when I try to unzip the file to try thie fix in "error solution" it appears the content is not allowed by my virus scanning - and the title (???.mthl) is not shown in winzip so I cannot 'unblock it"

How to get this to do different url's
I have a form in a module on the front page,
when they click on the a radio button it takes them to a different url, if they select the other radio button it takes them to another form. I want them to when they click on the second radio button it finishes the front page form on another url.
